Il servizio WiFi dell' IISS BERENINI offre connettività alla rete wireless:
- al personale
- ai visitatori appartenti ad un’organizzazione federata IDEM utilizzando le credenziali rilasciate dall'organizzazione di appartenenza a cui è richiesto il solo attributo noto eduPersonTargetedID
- agli ospiti previa creazione delle credenziali temporanee a cura della Segreteria
- ai possessori di un certificato rilasciato dalla CA TerenaPersonalCA o GARR-CA
Modalità di utilizzo del servizio
Si accede al servizio selezionando, tra gli SSID annunciati, l'SSID ITIS.
L'utente, avviato un browser di navigazione, verrà ridiretto sul portale di autenticazione all'indirizzo https://wifi-ACCESS.xyz ove potrà scegliere la modalità di autenticazione tra quelle sopra indicate.
Termini del Servizio
SI PREGA DI LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE I PRESENTI TERMINI DEL SERVIZIO PRIMA DI ACCEDERE AL SERVIZIO. ACCEDENDO AL SERVIZIO, L'UTENTE ACCETTA DI ESSERE VINCOLATO AI TERMINI E LE CONDIZIONI DI SEGUITO SPECIFICATE. SE NON SI DESIDERA ESSERE VINCOLATO DA QUESTI TERMINI E CONDIZIONI, NON SI POTRA' ACCEDERE AL SERVIZIO.
L'utente accetta di essere responsabile per la propria condotta e contenuto durante l'utilizzo del servizio WiFi, e delle eventuali conseguenze.
L'utente si impegna a mantenere le informazioni dell'account (username e password) confidenziali e di non distribuirli a nessuno.
L'utente accetta di utilizzare il WiFi solo per scopi legali, corretti e in conformità con i presenti Termini e la Legge. A titolo di esempio, e non come limitazione, accetti di non:
- Diffamare, abusare, molestare, pedinare, minacciare o altrimenti violare i diritti legali di altri;
- caricare, pubblicare, trasmettere o altrimenti rendere disponibile qualsiasi inappropriati, diffamatori, osceni o illegali;
- caricare, pubblicare, trasmettere o altrimenti rendere disponibile qualsiasi contenuto che violi brevetti, marchi, copyright, segreti commerciali o altri diritti proprietari di terzi, se non si è il titolare dei diritti, o di avere il permesso del proprietario o di altra giustificazione legale di utilizzare tali contenuti;
- caricare, pubblicare, trasmettere o altrimenti rendere disponibili i messaggi che promuovono schemi piramidali, catene di Sant'Antonio o messaggi commerciali o pubblicitari;
- caricare, pubblicare, trasmettere o altrimenti rendere disponibile qualsiasi altro contenuto, messaggio o comunicazione vietate dalla legge in vigore, le Condizioni o da altre norme o Prodotto applicabili;
- scaricare qualunque file inviato da un altro che si sa, o ragionevolmente dovrebbe sapere, che non può essere legalmente distribuito in tale maniera;
- impersonare un'altra persona o entità, falsificare o cancellare qualunque attribuzione d'autore o designazioni di proprietà o denominazioni d'origine o fonte del Contenuto, software o altro materiale;
- limitare o inibire ad altri utenti l'utilizzo e il godimento dei servizi di rete;
- interferire o interrompere i servizi o i server o le reti collegati al Consortium GARR, rispettando i requisiti, procedure, politiche o regolamenti dei network connessi ;
- utilizzare qualsiasi robot, spider, sito di ricerca / recupero applicazioni, o altri dispositivi per recuperare o indicizzare parti dei servizi disponibili sulla rete, o raccogliere informazioni su utenti per scopi non autorizzati;
- creare account utente tramite mezzi automatici o con l'inganno;
- promuovere o fornire istruzioni su attività illegali;
- promuovere danni fisici o lesioni nei confronti di qualsiasi gruppo o individuo;
- trasmettere virus, worm, difetti, cavalli di Troia o qualsiasi altro elemento di natura distruttiva.
L'utente accetta che l'IISS BERENINI non può garantire la sicurezza del traffico in tutta la sua rete. Può essere possibile che il traffico trasmesso e / o ricevuto possa essere perso, danneggiato o rubato mentre si è connessi alla rete.
L'utente accetta che il l'IISS BERENINIha il diritto di monitorare e registrare elettronicamente la sua attività nell'utilizzo del servizio di volta in volta e di divulgare qualsiasi informazione che possa essere necessario per conformarsi a qualunque legge, regolamento o altra richiesta governativa, per operare il servizio correttamente oppure per proteggere se stessa o suoi utenti.

The WiFi service of the Consortium GARR provides connectivity to the wireless network to:
- Staff
- Visitors whose organization is an IDEM federated organization to which the only eduPersonTargetedID attribute is required
- Guests after the creation of the temporary credentials by the Secretariat
- Holders of a certificate issued by the TerenaPersonalCA or GARR-CA
Mode of Service
You can access the service by selecting, among announced SSID, SSID "garr."
The user starts a browser and will be redirected to the authentication portal at https://wifi.dir.garr.it where he can choose the preferred authentication mode from among those listed above.
Terms of Service
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the WiFi service, and for any consequences thereof.
You agree to keep your account information (username and password) confidential and to not distribute them to anybody.
You agree to use the WiFi service only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with these Terms and the Law. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the WiFi service, you will not:
- defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any inappropriate, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
- upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party, unless you are the owner of the rights, or have the permission of the owner or other legal justification to use such content;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements;
- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any other content, message, or communication prohibited by applicable law, the Terms or any applicable Product policies or guidelines;
- download any file posted by another that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
- impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of Content, software or other material;
- restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the network services;
- interfere with or disrupt services or servers or networks connected to the Consortium GARR, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Consortium GARR;
- use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the services available on the network, or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
- submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by the Consortium GARR;
- create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
- promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities;
- promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual;
- transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
You agree that the Consortium GARR cannot guarantee the safety of your traffic across its network. It may be possible that the transmitted and/or received data can be lost, damaged, or stolen while connected to the network.
You agree that the Consortium GARR has the right to monitor and log electronically your activity in using the service from time to time and to disclose any information as may be necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the service properly, or to protect itself or its users.
